Qualifications & experience
- Excellent phone manners and clear and confident verbal and written communication.
- A positive personality with a “here to help” attitude is a must
- Level 1 support and Customer Service experience is essential.
- Working in the Telematics/SAAS sector would be ideal.
- Understanding of the SAAS industry and Network Operator business.
- Passionate about customer experience & what it means to be a customer focused team member.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Strong customer focus and interaction with key customers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to GPS tracking and software usage.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding GPS tracking systems.
- Set-up and provision new GPS trackers.
- Assist with the dispatch of orders.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

This hybrid role that combines Customer Service, technical support, handling customer interactions via phone, email or SMS, troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance on our software and hardware and diagnosing and resolving problems with systems and hardware.
The role requires effective communication skills, technical knowledge, problem-solving expertise and a high level of Customer Service. It may involve managing a range of Customer Service inquiries while also providing technical support for products and hardware.
