Camfil is a Swedish based global leader in air filtration with offices in all states of Australia.
Due to maternity leave, we require a new Customer Service Operator to join our super friendly team currently based in Mulgrave but due to growth, moving to Keysborough in May 2024.
Initially, this position will begin as a 6 month contract but due to growth, the possibility for this position to become permanent is very real.
We seek a reliable and organised person with proven Customer Service experience. No other experience is required.
You will support the sales team by completing basic quotations, processing customer orders, managing back orders and handling customer queries, ensuring customers are given prompt attention.
This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
The main responsibilities are:
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling all customer queries with speed and efficiency, ensuring an all-round excellent Customer Service experience.
- Ensure all sales orders and quotes are processed accurately, within allocated time frame.
- Contact customers as necessary, to gather any further information required to process orders.
- Assist with data entry of despatch information as necessary.
- Ensure all administration procedures are complied with and all documents are saved in company’s electronic document system.
- Liaise with both customer and contractor. Follow up on reports and ensure customer receives all relevant documentation. Maintain install and testing records on company server.
- Maintain and update pricing in the company software as directed.
