About the opportunity
At City Cave Cairns North we have an exciting opportunity for a casual Float Attendant to help lead our centre to success. This role will be responsible to assist in all areas of centre operations through supporting, leading and driving sales growth. This role suit someone who loves to support our clients through exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience. It is a fast paced, fun but relaxed environment. The position is offering between 10-20 hours (1-3 Shifts) but will have the opportunity to increase as the business grows.
Float Attendant
● Overall operational control and performance of the City Cave Centre.
● Merchandising of inventory.
● Complete daily and weekly reports for Management.
● Administration and Diary Management.
● Complete Water Chemistry Test and treat effectively.
● Recommend services and treatments to help the customers achieve their goals
● Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity Complete marketing for the centre as requested by.
● Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly.
● Maintain sales and second line of income targets.
● Folding and restocking towels.
● Health Fund Receipting.
● Make sure all Float Rooms are clean and dry between clients.
● Make sure all infrared Sauna Rooms are cleaned and prepped for the next client.
● Centre Mindfulness Facilitator.
● Assist with Social Media Content.
About you
● Positive attitude with a caring and fun personality.
● Good work ethic. Dont mind getting your hands dirty.
● Clean and tidy appearance.
●Thinks wearing tights to work is great!
● High-level communication skills.
● Ability to work to deadline, muli-task and have fun.

We are a busy Centre, and open 8.30am until 9 pm 7 days per week so the ability to work the evenings and weekends is highly desirable.
