Position: Customer Service Representative (Casual)
Industry: Rental Car Services Location: Sunshine Coast, Queensland

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering top-notch customer service with a smile.
- Manage rental car bookings, inquiries and provide detailed fleet information.
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Greet and assist customers with rental car processes.
Requirements:
- Availability to work on a rotating 4 days/ week and on rostered Saturdays and Sundays.
- Sound computer skills supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A can-do attitude and a drive to provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Previous experience in the tourism or rental car industry is a plus, but not essential as we will train you on our systems.
