A market leader in cork manufacturer in Australasian region, Vinocor has the unique ability to produce and supply the full range of cork closures available globally. Vinocor's state of the art cork finishing facility is considered the benchmark in the Southern Hemisphere, ensuring consistent and superior in bottle performance.
Due to the continuous growth of the business, we are currently looking for an experienced Customer Services Coordinator to join our team based in Lonsdale, SA.
Responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact for customer queries;
- Processing of customer orders;
- Review orders to confirm all elements can achieved;
- Problem solving and solution oriented to meet customer expectations;
- Entering customer orders in SAP and providing confirmation;
- Monitor progress of orders in the system and keep Production and QA up-to-date with order requirements;
- Coordinating customer artwork approval and ordering of print plates in line with production requirements;
- Undertaking reconciliation and maintenance of client reporting, forecasting and inventory levels;
- Participate in regular sales meeting and raise challenges affecting order fulfilment;
- Perform month end closing procedures in SAP;
- Other duties as required by management.
The successful candidate will have:
- Wine Industry experience desirable;
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing and production scheduling.
- Excellent communication and time management;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and excel;
- Knowledge of SAP highly regarded;
- Knowledge of WHS requirements.
