About the RoleDue to growth we are seeking a Customer Coordinator for our purpose-built Component Rebuild Centre at Gepps Cross. Reporting to the CRC Manager and operating in a fast-paced environment this role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers in regard to the service and repair of Caterpillar and other earth moving components.Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Attend to customer enquiries
• Determine scope of work required
• Provide customer with an up-front estimate for the work
• Establish time line for required service / repairs
• Keep customer informed of the costs, status and any changes to the work
• Manage work orders
• Liaise with the Warranty Team regarding warranty work
• Provide guidance, technical advice and diagnostic expertise as required to ensure jobs are finished in a timely manner
