Role requirements
- Assisting Managers and Supervisors with resolving issues on site
- Responding to customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Ensuring compliance with company policy including Security Officer Standing instructions, Site Standing Orders and other instructions
- Be well presented at all times
- Monitor and address parking infringements
- Issuing and collection of access cards
- Managing cash
- Strong communication skills
- Other duties as required by the Management team
