Our client is a leading company in Western Sydney that has been providing high-quality services and is experiencing a period of growth. They are looking for a Customer Service/Sales Administration professional to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis to manage the increase of customer queries and support in the next stage of the business's success!
Your new role
As a Customer Service/Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, as well as assisting with administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and converting into new jobs
- Scheduling jobs for the trades team
- Maintaining customer records and databases
- Following up with customers' post-job to ensure satisfaction
- Meeting compliance requirements
- Resolving any customer complaints or issues
- Daily reporting
- Providing administrative support to the team
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to turn enquiries into sales
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with other computer system knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
