This role is solely focused on client engagement & retention. The role involves providing a bridge between the customer & the technical team to ensure all their needs are met.
This role is not sales driven & will not require winning over new clients, there is no cold calling or chasing after leads it is all about growing relationships with existing clients & retention.

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for:
- Managing relationships with existing customers ensuring satisfaction.
- Evaluating customer needs to propose business solutions, improved infrastructure, & security in-line with the product catalogue.
- Participating in customer onboarding, meetings & workshops.
- Engaging with technical, projects, pre-sales & sales teams to ensure delivery of client expectations are in line with service level agreements & strategic business processes.
- Absolutely must have experience as an account manager or Customer Success Manager in Technology
- MSP would stand out (but not essential)
- Passionate about customer service, keen to develop & maintain constructive relationships with customers.
- Amazing skills in prioritizing, time management, follow up etc
- Analytic with the ability to scope out new business opportunities within existing clients.
- Great communication skills both written & verbal.
- Confident to present in front of clients & stakeholders.
