Weβre looking for an impact driven Customer Success Manager to join Lyrebird and help us make healthcare magical again.
As a Customer Success Manager you will regularly interact and educate Lyrebird users to ensure they have the most successful journey possible. You will also work closely with the Product and Leadership team to relay feedback and inform new features.

This role is open to applicants located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.
What you'll be responsible for- π¬ Customer Advocacy and Feedback
Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs

Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.

Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions
