Personal Assistant job responsibility 

ABOUT THE COMPANY 

Global Business College of Australia (GBCA) is a registered training organization authorized by ASQA with more than 6,000 enrolments from over 20 countries to study a range of accredited VET courses such as language, commerce, business, IT, and education. 

Edvantage Institute Australia (EIA) is a private government-registered higher education by TEQSA, to deliver quality Higher Education programs in Melbourne to international students.  

GBCA and EIA are seeking a highly effective executive assistant to assist the Managing Director in day-to-day administrative duties as well as strategic tasks. 

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Acts as the point of contact of different departments and liaises with company stakeholders, board of directors, and headquarters. 

Working with MD for different projects, and coordinating with different teams Assists in preparing reports, presentations, speeches, and award applications as well as social media posts. 

Performs other administrative duties. 

REQUIREMENTS 

Skills and Experience 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Mandarin 

Minimum of 2 years of administrative work experience 

Proficient in office applications particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Zoom. 

Attributes 

Able to handle and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment. 

Must be discreet and trustworthy. 

Highly organized and keen on details 

Professional attitude with a high level of interpersonal skills 

High level of initiative and resourcefulness 

Qualifications 

Preferred to have a tertiary qualification.
