Customer Success/ Operations Lead
Your new Company: Join a well know Australian Strat-up that provides HR tailored solutions, on an initial 6 month contract. Role Description: We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure their clients' success and satisfaction. You'll build strong relationships, guide clients through onboarding, drive product adoption, identify upsell opportunities, and advocate for customers within the company. Requirements:
Customer success or account management experience
Start-up experience preferred
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
