The Pulse team is growing due to new client acquisitions as well as increased scope and scale for our existing clients. As we continue development and modernisation projects to enhance the end user experience, we are looking to grow our Support and Development teams.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Our Support team have a key client-facing position, providing exceptional support to system users. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with experience in and a genuine passion for customer service. Please note this is a system user support role, rather than an IT support role, so advanced IT knowledge is not required.
Our Support team is responsible for communicating with our clients, organising and keeping track of tickets and troubleshooting software and system integration issues for our end users. A primary part of this position is understanding our client’s needs and ensuring they are supported and are using our software to its full capability.
This position provides development opportunities for you to gain and maintain extensive knowledge and experience within the Pulse ERP software, working with technical specialists throughout the business to become a technical expert yourself.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this position you must have a strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate professionally with clients through various channels including phone, email, in person and online sessions.
In additional to having high attention to detail you must be able to demonstrate your ability to multi-task and provide solutions and support to our clients in a timely manner.
