What is the role?

  • Maintaining and developing existing relationships, with a customer-first approach and the desire to create a remarkable experience.
  • Identifying opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction and success throughout each of your interactions
  • Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to and identify areas for continual-improvement

Are you the right fit?

  • Someone who thrives in a Team environment & provides support where required/identified.
  • You’re accountable, responsible, reliable and have a mature work ethic.
  • You have enthusiasm for problem solving.
  • You enjoy interacting with Customers and delivering exceptional customer care.
  • You are considerate & authentic in your engagement with others.
  • You are able to recognise and act upon opportunities. Better yet – create them!
  • You are a competent, clear communicator – no matter the medium, with technical and non-technical people!
  • You love to be challenged in a (somewhat) demanding environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional skills in partnering with clients/ staff and in developing and maintaining long term supportive relationships.
  • Ability to assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures, and recommend improvements – you have vision
  • Assist with the delivery of solutions end to end and ensuring customer outcomes are delivered
