What you will be doing?
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing friendly and reliable support across various channels such as online ticketing, emails, and social messages.
- Engage with customers to understand their queries, offer solutions, and guide them through product features and functionalities.
- Act promptly to address customer concerns, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing, to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in internal databases, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience for all customers.

- Education & Experience: Combining formal education or equivalent experience, merging academic knowledge with practical application.
- Action-Oriented: Thriving on challenges, injecting tasks with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Effective Communicator: Expert in clear and compelling communication, resonating with diverse audiences.
