Job Title:Customer Support Agent
Job Type: Part-Time – 0.6 FTE
Location: Ashfield, Sydney office and WFH options
Salary: $65–$75K FTE plus super
Liberator is seeking a part-time Customer Support Agent. We are a reputable NDIS-registered provider specialising in voice-output communication devices. Our mission is to improve the quality of lives lived by people with disabilities through effective communication systems.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
- Provide support and triaging to 15-25 phone calls daily.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Raise and triage support tickets, prioritising and assigning urgency appropriately.
- Offer basic troubleshooting and customisation of communication devices to clients (in-depth training provided).
- Follow up on all outstanding ticket statuses within the company.
- Coordinate device repair returns efficiently.
- Collect, report, and update customer data.
- Conduct outbound Customer Support and sales calls when required.
- Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of the customer/user experience.
- Handle and document customer complaints professionally, seeking effective resolutions.
- Assist with general administration tasks as needed.
Preferred candidates will meet the following criteria:
Skills
- Previous experience working in allied health or disability will be highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
- Excellent phone contact and active listening skills.
- Proficient using and learning varied software and technology.
