As a Service Support Agent at The Lighting Outlet, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our standard of customer care.

Your Role:
As a Service Support Agent, you'll be at the forefront of our customer and sales operations, undertaking responsibilities such as:

• Managing diverse customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Resolving customer issues effectively.
• Building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
• Assisting in the end-to-end sales process, supporting our Channel Managers
• Manage and process product returns through our online ticketing system.
• Analyse product issues to ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service in handling returns and inquiries.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to identify trends and suggest improvements.

What We're Looking For

• You have 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service roles.
• Excellent in both written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident in communication and decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A team player who can also work independently.
