Your Role:
As a Service Support Agent, you'll be at the forefront of our customer and sales operations, undertaking responsibilities such as:
- Managing diverse customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Resolving customer issues effectively.
- Building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
- Assisting in the end-to-end sales process, supporting our Channel Managers
- Manage and process product returns through our online ticketing system.
- Analyse product issues to ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service in handling returns and inquiries.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to identify trends and suggest improvements.
What We're Looking For
- You have 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service roles.
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident in communication and decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A team player who can also work independently.
