Key Responsibilities:
Be the go-to person for support via chat, email, and phone
Help create and polish our Customer Support tools, like help guides and SOPs
Team up with colleagues to solve issues and drive cross-functional collaboration
Link with our product and campaign teams to turn customer feedback into real improvements
Set and track our support metrics to keep satisfaction sky-high
Join our team meet-ups and training to keep growing your skills
Lead the charge in making sure our customers always come first, offering insights and ideas for how we can do better
