As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.
The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Support - Ecommerce Specialist to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. You will be the first point of contact for our online shoppers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will help guide and support our customers through their buying journey, building relationships that foster trust and satisfaction with our brand.
*Training and guidance will be provided to enable you to grow into an Ecommerce Specialist!
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Your Day to Day Will Include:
- Promptly respond to all customer enquiries via email, phone, social media, website live chat and in the showroom.
- Assisting customers with product information, order status updates, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Maintaining and updating customer records in our CRM system.
- Gathering customer feedback and providing insights to the team to help improve our products and services.
- Managing our social media channels by responding to comments and messages, and engaging with our community.
- Supporting our Marketing Manager with campaigns such as email newsletters, promotions, and other customer outreach activities.
About You:
- Previous experience in a Customer Support or ecommerce role (preferred by not essential).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to customer service.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, and social media.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in our products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
