Job description:
As a member of the HICT - Strategy, Information Management and Governance Office (SIMGO), the Information Management Support Officer will assist and support the Compliance and Governance team in the planning, coordination and delivery of project activities and outputs associated with the successful delivery of Content Manager expansion within the Department of Health.

As a member of the HICT - Strategy, Information Management and Governance Office (SIMGO), the Information Management Support Officer will assist and support the Compliance and Governance team in the planning, coordination and delivery of project activities and outputs associated with the successful delivery of CM expansion within the Department of Health.
The Role:
Support the Manager Compliance & Governance, Information Management Specialist and Information Management Business Analyst in areas including records management, digital transformation and information governance.
Prepare and provide training in a range of Information Management and administrative tasks using CM and related tools.
Undertake, or assist with, the preparation, coordination, updating and distribution of project documentation including project plans, business cases, reports, correspondence, agendas and minutes.
Respond to client enquiries and provide accurate information and advice to stakeholders on policies, procedures and legislative frameworks related to Information Management.
Assist in the administration of the Department’s electronic document and records management system.
