Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for queries and information
- Actively liaise with customers in a service centre type environment (Phone and Email)
- Work within a team, but also work autonomously

- Process all Customers claims in the system adhering to client timeframes and SLA's
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Excellent, friendly, and clear communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Previous Customer Service experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and exceptional in Excel
- Be a keen problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.
- A high level of attention to detail and ability to anticipate issues.
- Enjoy following processes and tasks while remaining flexible in your attitude to change.
- Experience with Xero and Invoicing
- Self-starter with the ability to pick up things quickly.
- High attention to detail is crucial including accurate data entry skills.
- A reliable, hard-working, and honest person with a mature approach.
- A team player and proactive self-starter who can work autonomously, with a drive to help all customers.
- Multitasking is an absolute necessity with an ability to prioritise tasks.
- Be able to learn technical aspects of the product ranges
- Computer literacy including experience is mandatory
- Pro-active approach with the ability to follow up on unsolved queries.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing tasks.
- Experience working within a Customer Service and administrative environment
- Excellent phone manner
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Working knowledge of CRM
- A strong work ethic, with an ability to consistently deliver to deadlines
