AddressNutri-Tech Solutions (NTS) is a 30 year old Queensland company that has become a recognised world leader in regenerative agriculture. The NTS complex is based in Yandina in South East Qld from where we service all Australian states and export to over 50 locations.
NTS is seeking a competent, experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable/Customer Support Officer. This full-time role involves basic accounting skills and customer-base management. It also requires an enthusiastic person with people skills and sales capacity, both on the telephone and in person at our retail store “The Nutrition Matters Shop”.
The ideal candidate will have computer and typing skills, a willingness to learn, multi-tasking skills and be well spoken and presented. This is a busy role, where each day is varied. It would also be an advantage to have a love of organic gardening or farming, but this is not essential.

- Professional telephone skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers.
- Intermediate to advanced level of computer and typing skills (Microsoft Office – Gmail, Word, Excel, MYOB).
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Management and monitoring of debtor accounts
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Processing of customer payments
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Processing of credit applications
- Maintaining proactive contact with NTS clients.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition.
- Prospecting for and providing quotes (sales/freight) and processing of sales orders.
- Processing bookings for NTS training courses
