About the role:
As a Customer Services Representative, you will play a key part in managing client enquiries, particularly escalations, and ensuring all client needs are met in a professional, friendly and timely manner. You'll be joining a high-performing team who collaborates effectively with all other departments within the business.

How you will add value:
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience to all clients
- Handling customer complaints and focusing on first-call resolution
- Liaising with other departments to go the extra mile
- Understanding client concerns and working towards maintaining and developing client relationships
- Assisting with support functions for internal teams
- Vast product knowledge across multiple product suites
- Reliability and punctuality is key as you will be working within a small, hardworking team
- Responding to client emails and messages with detailed responses, within set time frames
- Working across different products and systems
About you:
- High emotional intelligence and resilience
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication in a calm and composed manner
- Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in delivering exceptional customer experience to all clients
- Understand client needs and implement a proactive approach to Customer Support
