About the opportunity
As a Customer Support Specialist, your role is to support our farmers and Farm Source customers by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
A typical day looks like:

• Assisting customers and farmers through answering inbound phone calls
• Answering webchats and emails from our farmer and customer base
• Working with multiple business units to get great outcomes for our customers

Some common areas of support can include tanker collections, milk quality, shareholding, Farm Source accounts and digital queries.
Please note: These roles will operate Monday to Friday on a rostered shift rotation covering between 7am to 6pm. Your flexibility within these hours is required.

About you
We are looking for motivated team players with an interest in all things farming and passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will bring a strong ability to quickly build rapport and keep calm under pressure. Whilst you might not know everything about how to run a dairy farm, you'll be a confident problem solver who can connect our farmers to everything they need.
