Job Description:Reporting directly to the
Cyber Security Program Manager, the
Program Coordinator will own and operate the Project Delivery support activities, work collaboratively with Project Leads to deliver on program reporting, creation and adaptation of processes and the execution of work plans in line with the project timeline.We are searching for a detail-orientated expert who will bring a successful history of coordinating other large scale, complex programs. In addition to the expertise you will bring, you will join an experienced, engaged and dedicated Project team that is committed to upholding the security and safety of those we serve under St Vincent’s Health Australia.Based in our Group Office Melbourne, the position will be offered on a Fixed Term Full-Time arrangement until 1 March 2025.We draw on the talents of our people and collaborate with others who share our vision and values to continue the pioneering spirit of Mary Aikenhead and the Sisters of Charity. Key responsibilities of the role:- Establish and manage Program Risks, Issues and Dependencies processes; Ensure that Program Registers (Action, Decision and Deliverables) are current
- Coordinate and manage Program Governance Forums and ensure papers are circulated in a timely manner and Minutes and Actions are accurately documented
- Ensure that program expenses are accurately tracked and reported; coordinating with project stakeholders and vendors as required
- Manage and drive program process improvements, practices and standards to ensure compliance ensuring adoption of the established SVHA project methodology to maintain quality and reduce risk
- Ownership and operation of all Project Delivery and reporting support activities
- Provide program support and administration to the Cyber Security Program Delivery team on an as-needed basis
- Actively manage stakeholder expectations, particularly with respect to project performance, timelines and delivery of outcomes
- Supports the mission, goals, values and behaviours of SVHA and Mary Aikenhead Ministries
Things that work for us:
- Qualification in a relevant discipline - Computer Science, Project Management, Information Technology or relevant field
- Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office Toolset with a solid understanding of corporate systems, business processes, workflow and integration capabilities
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and vendor management experience alongside outstanding negotiation, communication, time management and relationship management skills
- Resilience, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges that may arise within and surrounding the project space
- A committed, highly qualified yet personable professional
- Proven success in Portfolio / Program Coordination or EA type roles and experience of project management within a similar large scale Healthcare setting and/or similar
- Current Flu Vaccine and a minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations
- National Criminal History Check (within the last 6 months)
