Job Description

• Identify key human risks within the organisation and the behaviours requiring change to mitigate these risks.
• Develop and manage security awareness campaigns aimed at changing these behaviours, promoting a secure approach and reducing organisational risk.
• Provide individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure their own safety and that of the client.
• Establish a positive engagement program for employees, emphasising behaviour change both at home and at work.
• The goal is consistent secure behaviour, regardless of location or device.
• Develop and maintain a sustainable program that aims not just at changing behaviours but at transforming the overall culture.
• Develop a metrics framework to effectively measure the success of these initiatives.
• Collaborate with other members of the Cyber Security team to identify areas within their functions that require broader communication and enhancement to improve the organisation's Cyber security posture.

The Successful ApplicantOur Client Is Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in successful cultural change and measurement at scale
• Demonstrated experience in developing communication education / awareness campaigns
• Experience working in large, global organisations
• Experience with mining organisations or similar desirable
