The Job
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, collaborate on strategy, tactics, and operations with clients by adding value to them
- Act as the client liaison and assign staff to ensure clear and consistent communication
- Build excellent client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction with professional services
- Deliver projects on time, within budget and scope:
- Manage resource teams (including sub-contractors), provide leadership, and mentor staff as needed
- Develop new opportunities with existing and/or new clients
- Responsible for revenue, growth, and P&L
- Expertise in writing winning proposals
The Profile
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive and relevant program/employee management experience in the automotive industry, especially dealer management system
- Significant experience in software development projects and IT service delivery
- Experience in managing federal agency software development/government contracts
- Experience in managing technical staff, including Project Managers, developers, testers, business analysts, and software delivery teams
- 5+ years of experience in managing ERP and CRM projects, specifically big contracts
- 5+ years of experience in writing proposals
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM is preferred
- Experience in managing teams remotely across multiple countries
- Experience in the automotive industry, especially dealer management systems
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year college or university in the related field
