About the role
Our LAC Community & Mainstream Program is seeking a Data Administration Officer (permanent position) to join their highly functioning Team!
This position provides administration support to the Community and Mainstream NDIS LAC team across all Service Areas using systems and software, including databases, CRMs, tools and trackers and the recording, analysis and reporting of vital program and service delivery data and trends.
This role can be based at our Ipswich, North Lakes or Logan offices
Our ideal applicant will have strong attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, demonstrated measurement and evaluation and data analysis experience, a passion for data integrity and a keen eye for process improvements.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and use a range of systems and tools to record, analyse and share data to support the tracking and measurement and evaluation of CCB Plan outcomes, as well as Community and Mainstream program outcomes more broadly
- Coordinate and develop website registration pages and listing for events on both Carers Queensland and NDIS website
- Support development of other tools and templates, including guides and checklists
- Ensure all data is entered and available for the relevant reporting period.

Do you have?
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support, specifically in reporting and systems?
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to build rapport and adapt skills according to the audience or target group involved?
- Demonstrated measurement and evaluation and data analysis experience?
- The ability to triage and prioritise work tasks in a fast-paced environment?
- Experience / knowledge at entering information into databases with a high level of accuracy and detail whilst adhering to Government reporting requirements?
