The Senior Infrastructure Architect will be responsible for the design and architecture of on-premise IT Infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute the architecture for the technical environments, embodying key principles, methods, and models for current, operational, and future states of their IT infrastructure.
- Design and architect the organisation's IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, storage, networks, and cloud solutions, to align with present and future business needs.
- Provide guidance to client and partner leaders, as well as project and domain architects working within the technical environment.
- Cultivate a profound understanding of the respective technical environment.
- Support architecture governance and assurance.
- Engage in both business-as-usual (BAU) and program architecture activities.
- Effectively manage technical risks within the environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and market offerings relevant to the client.
- Foster innovation and facilitate the continuous evolution of the client's environment.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT Infrastructure architecture/consulting roles within large government environment.
- Demonstrated experience working as IT Infrastructure Architect with knowledge across on-premise data center solutions, strategy development, and execution.
- Proficiency in infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualisation, coupled with experience in architecture, consulting, and customer-facing delivery roles.
- In-depth knowledge of IT services and technologies, particularly ITIL-based Managed Services solutions covering on-premises infrastructure.
- Experience in formal design, either as an architect or in a senior technical/consulting capacity, with familiarity with TOGAF or equivalent architecture methodologies.
- Broad understanding across all IT domains, spanning data, applications, modern workplace, data center, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, both proactive and reactive.
