About the role:
Due to internal movement a 20 month contract opportunity exists for a motivated Data enthusiast. Reporting to the Raw Materials Manager, you will be responsible for all things data!
This position requires a meticulous approach, strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders on site.
- Ensure the completion of daily Data Entry for receivables’ of Raw Materials, stock-takes, STO, work order Confirmation and clean overdue MIX work orders.
- Enter daily water usage and COD results. Investigate and report discrepancies within an appropriate timeframe.
- Complete mass balance reporting in a timely manner to ensure accuracy of data for daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Enter and monitor daily SAP transactions for inbound and outbound stock to ensure minimal financial loss to the business through stock dumps and variance.
- Consolidate and submit daily report to monitor Milk Bay performance.
About You
- You will have experience with Inventory Management best practice in a FMCG environment.
- Functional knowledge of SAP-IM and SAP-WMS applications is highly desirable but not essential.
- Sense of urgency with the ability to prioritise and respond quickly to meet production requirements.
- The confidence to liaise with Internal and External stakeholders
