A fantastic opportunity now exists for a dynamic, hard working individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment as a full-time Data Entry Administrator, located in Tullamarine, VIC.

This position communicates with internal/external customers on a daily basis via phone and email. This position inputs and processes shipments into the system for domestic and international, in accordance with UPS and local government policies. Works with a team of Data Entry clerks. This role is a PM shift from 2:00pm - 10:00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Deliveries
• Locate packages within network for delivery information
• Handle POD's
• Complete address change information for packages and redirect when required
• Communicating with customers and drivers
• Update UPS systems and daily log details.
• Key Entry / Data Entry
• Assist with general operations when required
• Other daily tasks as specified by Operations Management

 Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in an operational environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (accurate typing speed of 40+ words per minute)
• Ability to work in a team and individually
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Capacity to analyze data and implement changes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be reliable & flexible to changes.
• Customer focused
