The Data Entry Officer will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data processing of Invoices. You will be working with the director and accountant.
We are looking for someone for approx 12 to 16 hrs per week working Mon, Wed & Fri.
This is a work from home position. You will need to sit with current Data Entry person for training for s short term
The main duties are:
- Entering Invoices into MYOB
- Transfer stock between warehouses
- Following up on online customer enquiries
- Following the company’s Data Entry systems and method
- Supplying staff with requested information
You must have:
- Strong relationship building skills
- Previous experience working in a customer service role
- Sound verbal and written communications
- Reliable, adaptable and a team player
- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Word, Excel
- MYOB experience is an advantage but not necessary
