The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Salesforce administrator to join the team on a fixed term basis for a parental leave cover.
The Senior Salesforce Administrator plays a key role within the Customer Portfolio, both the Healthcare Funding & Police team and health Partnerships + Networks (HPN). Within this role, you will manage the payment integrity workflow for claim auditing and adjustment as also the hospital contracting workflows.
This role is critical in proactively managing and enhancing the Salesforce org in line with process improvement principles and Salesforce best practice.
Reporting into the Salesforce Platform Operations and Delivery Manager, your key accountabilities will include:

  • Work to proactively manage and enhance the org in line with process improvement principles and Salesforce best practice
  • Deliver on BAU requests such as onboarding/offboarding, issue analysis and fixes, lead design, delivery and testing of user enhancement requests
  • Support project work related to the org as directed by the Salesforce platform operations and delivery manager
  • Daily maintenance, ongoing enhancement, and capability support for the Salesforce instance
  • Prioritise workload and backlogs based on the team's agreed prioritisation framework, and drive timely resolution
  • Contribute to a positive and cohesive Salesforce team by sharing information and supporting colleagues in a proactive manner to collectively complete goals
  • Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert, contributing process and system knowledge to both technical and non-technical business users
  • Proactively identify and pursue potential paths of improvement and enhancement for the team and Salesforce platform, and consult with management and stakeholders as appropriate
About you:
To be successful as the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be a certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) with proven experience in a similar role.
You will have at least minimum 1-2 years experience in Salesforce platform administration experience with both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
You're skilled at working collaboratively with others and actively contributing to the achievement of common work goals.
You have demonstrated oral and written communication skills which is evident in your ability to communicate technical information clearly.
Other skills required:
  • High attention to detail, and proven time management and self-prioritisation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively pursue opportunities which may lead to performance
  • Ability to read and understand Apex will be highly regarded
Salesforce certifications (highly regarded for this role)
  • Advanced Salesforce Administrator
  • Platform Developer 1
  • Platform App Builder
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Service Cloud Consultant
