Replay Health is an Allied Health business providing Physio services. Our clients are mostly work cover clients.
This is a role strongly suited for a Bookkeeper/Data Entry Assistant, someone with 1-2 years of Data Entry experience.
We require a candidate capable of multi-tasking the following with all training provided:
- Front Desk Administrative Tasks (Emails, calls, face-to-face)
- Data Entry
- Management of patient information, invoicing and payments
- Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments
- Calling and chasing insurance approvals and overdue accounts
- Helping with packaging physio products (small quantities)
- Adhoc Tasks

Preferred user of Mac or can learn
Be familiar with “Cliniko” practice software
Be familiar with “Google Drive” and “Google Docs”
Be able to use Password managers such as "Bitwarden"
Basic cloud computer skills such as logging in remotely from mobile, laptop or desktop via mac or android into online applications
Microsoft Office skills such as using Excel and Word competently
Email skills such as managing emails (inbox, sent, drafts, folders for organising mail)
Good phone manner for contacting clients/ customers
QuickBooks accounting experience
PDF editing using “Smallpdf.com”
The successful candidate will be required to work from the business located in The Cooperage Building of Jacksons Landing at Pyrmont NSW 2009.
