AddressOur client is seeking x8 experienced Data Entry professionals to provide accurate document support to their tight-knit team in Rosehill NSW. The ideal candidates will have excellent Data Entry skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will be suitable for people with strong technical SAP & Excel skills.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include;
- High volume Data Entry
- Manage a timely and efficient data collection process
- Retrieving & manipulating documents
- Updating docs on internal database
- Manage and update spreadsheets
- Ad hoc duties as required
Skills and Experience
The following experience is essential to progress with this role:
- Prior Data Entry experience with SAP (ideal)
- Excellent knowledge of data and document control processing tools
- Strong attention to detail and use of initiative
- High computer knowledge and competency (MS Word and EXCEL)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage and prioritise a number of tasks at once
