Data & Lead Generation Manager

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced **Data & Lead Generation Manager** to join our forward-thinking team. This role is pivotal in managing our database and CRM systems to craft digital campaigns that drive our expansion into new markets and create novel research product opportunities.
Your Role
As our Data & Lead Generation Manager, you will be at the heart of our operation, focusing on iTnews.com.au and CRN.com.au to:
Develop and execute strategies for generating sales leads within the IT industry through meticulous data analysis and supply.
Oversee the entire Lead Generation process, including B2B data segmentation, telemarketing campaigns, and data distribution, while ensuring data security and compliance with privacy policies.
Maintain and enhance our databases through data cleansing, importing, and updating entries in collaboration with both local and offshore contractors.
Lead digital campaign executions across our digital channels to maximise engagement and revenue.
Manage and evolve our CRM software HubSpot, providing technical support to users and leveraging it for maximum revenue generation.
Drive the acquisition of high-quality, compliant new data as part of our strategic expansion efforts.
Coordinate with offshore teams for data and telemarketing Lead Generation efforts, ensuring alignment with our company's goals.
What You'll Bring to the Role
Proven experience in data management and Lead Generation within the IT industry, with a strong focus on digital marketing campaigns and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
A keen eye for data security and privacy compliance, with a track record of managing sensitive information responsibly.
A strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable Lead Generation strategies.
Leadership experience, particularly in managing remote or offshore teams, with a focus on delivering results through collaboration.
