The Role
My FootDr Robina is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and reliable Receptionist to join our dedicated team. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and are looking for a dynamic role with variety, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all patients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the clinic.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently manage patient bookings, cancellations, and follow-up appointments.
- Multi-Location Support: Flexibility to work across our Gold Coast clinics, including Robina, Hope Island, and Tweed, to cover staff leave.
- Footwear Fitting and Sales: At our Hope Island Footwear Store, assist customers with fitting and purchasing footwear, ensuring they receive the best possible advice and products.
- Sterilisation of Instruments: Ensure all podiatry instruments are properly sterilised and maintained according to our stringent hygiene standards.
- Podiatrist Assistance: Provide assistance to podiatrists as needed, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
- Administrative Duties: Manage patient records, handle billing and payments, and perform general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations within the Gold Coast
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable manner
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using booking systems
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Previous experience in a medical or retail environment is a plus, but not essential
