You will be working as part of a Public Health Unit, to provide administrative and Data Quality support in the Public Health Unit.
The team is a multidisciplinary team including Drs, Nurses, Epidemiologists and Data Quality Administrator. The Public Health Unit also comprises of a Communicable Disease, Immunisation, Environmental health and Administration team which forms a part of the Population Service within SWSLHD and is based in the Liverpool CBD.
What You'll be Doing
The position is responsible for the efficient operation of a range of administrative, financial, and supportive tasks, including but not limited to, production and management of the daily school nurse rosters/school bookings and maintaining mandatory training and liaising with a broad range human resources issues and financial accounts.

How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible. * Demonstrated organisational, negotiation and time management skills.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including excellent phone manner
- Previous/current experience in the effective use databases to input data entries, retrieve data and generate reports
- Demonstrated competency in word processing, spread sheets and presentation programs
- Previous experience in the development and maintenance of staff rosters/or similar program rosters
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
