Data Specialist

The company and the role
Currently, we are looking for a Data Specialist to join a company in a permanent capacity. This company is a mid-tier energy company with an established data capability line. In the last few months, they have worked on developing models and the implementation of these models. Currently they are in roll out phase of the project and looking for a Data Specialist to join the team permanently to develop models, uplift current models and drive the outcomes of these models in the business.

Key responsibilities:
  
We are looking for a senior Data Specialist, someone who can hit the ground running. You will be working closely with the Head of Analytics, relevant stakeholders and a technical lead, responsible for helping with the development of the following key responsibilities:

• Scenario based modelling
• Customer value modelling
• Stress testing models
• Strong data interpretation skills

Key requirements:

• Hands on experience with SQL and Excel
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Presentation skills
• Exposure to Python is advantageous but not a must have
