About the department
The Procurement and Supply Department is responsible for running procurement activities, making purchases on behalf of Austin Health and includes managing contracts and suppliers, forecasting, managing inventory and warehousing, transport, purchasing function and customer service. The department supplies all medical, surgical, and general supplies in an efficient and error free environment meeting all applicable standards.
About the role
This is an aexciting opportunity to be part of the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud replaceing Austin Health's current systems. This is a major digital transformtioan for Finance, Purchasing and Supply departments.
This role will support the Purchasing Pricing team to review, validate, confirm pricing and upload in both the current and future systems. Data integrity is critical to the business and to the successful implementation of the Oracle Fusion Cloud.
About you
To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:
- proven expertise in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, macros, and lookups.
- Background in data analysis with the ability to interpret large/varied data sets.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Flixible approach in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal.
