The Role
The Lead Educator manages the daily operations of their assigned room and provides leadership to their team. They work with the Educational Leader to develop and implement a high-quality educational program for children and families. Develop positive relationships with children, families, educators, staff, and management to achieve the best outcomes. Assume the role of the Responsible Person in the absence of the Director or nominated Supervisor.
The successful candidates will have:
- Experience in the roles listed is preferred
- Experience and commitment to the National Quality Standards
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Diploma in Early Childhood
- Valid Working with Children Check clearance
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Child protection Certificate
- Sleep Safe Certificate
- Food Safety Handling Cert
