Mercedes-Benz Parramatta has an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to work in our state-of-the art dealership.
As the Director of First Impressions, you are the first point of contact as guests enter our showroom. We are seeking a professional individual with impeccable personal presentation, organisational and communication skills.
Your role is to oversee the front desk ensuring guests are accommodated for in a prompt and courteous manner, with the ability to manage a very busy switchboard. This is a diverse role and requires someone that can multitask and work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. You must be a confident, and efficient multi-tasker.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- General reception duties
- Prepare daily management reports and correspondence
- Greeting guests and directing them as required
- Answer, screen and transfer calls
- Assist with general enquires/leads
- Administration duties including data integrity
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Staff roster management
We are looking for an individual with the following attributes
- Extremely reliable and flexible
- Hardworking and willing with a positive and “can do” attitude
- 1-2 years’ experience in a corporate Reception or Administration role
- Automotive industry experience highly desirable
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 6.00pm.
