Role Overview: As a Service Receptionist at Windsor Toyota you will be the first point of contact for our Service Department. You will greet customers, schedule service appointments and assist with the administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Service Department.
Key Job Functions:
- Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing excellent service at all times.
- Answering phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding service bookings, pricing & vehicle maintenance.
- Providing administrative support such as filing paperwork, processing payments and maintaining records.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
