Receptionist (Part-Time)

Sandersons Mercedes Benz, is a family owned and operated motor dealership that has been representing Mercedes-Benz in Sydney since 1976, located in the Eastern Suburbs.

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, customer focused and professional Receptionist to join our team on a permanent Part Time basis, working 3 days a week Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8:30am to 5:30pm (includes lunch and breaks). Must have some flexibility around providing cover for other team member's holidays and sick leave as necessary. 

This role is available now, with training provided.  Applicants must be strong on Reception and have excellent customer service skills.

Key duties of this position:

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Delivering accurate messages
• Welcoming showroom guests and direct them appropriately
• Assisting Sales staff with customer refreshments (when required)
• Admin support for New Car Sales & Pre-Owned departments
• Daily internal/external mail responsibilities
• General administration and database support duties

The successful candidate will need the following:

• Previous reception and switchboard experience in a corporate environment
• Confident computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Outstanding customer service and time management skills
• Excellent personal presentation with strong interpersonal skills
• Clear, friendly and professional phone manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as a team member (we have 1 other Receptionists)
