We seek for an enthusiastic, motivated, well presented and highly organised Full-Time Receptionist / Concierge to become an integral part of our friendly Mercedes-Benz New Vehicle Sales Team.

Main Responsibilities of the Role:
As you will be the first contact person within our dealership, for all clients and visitors, it's very important to us that the successful candidate has a positive outlook and a friendly, helpful can-do attitude.
Summary of responsibilities:
- Actively approach customers and clients, greeting them warmly and helping our team to ensure complete satisfaction and a positive experience, within our dealership.
- Listen to and monitor customers’ needs and make them feel comfortable and welcome, whilst waiting for our sales personnel or appointments.
- Answer telephone calls, allocate and distribute calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with parking customers vehicles, ensuring customer parking spots are always available, and the driveway is clear.
- Work co-operatively as part of an integrated team, to ensure smooth workflow.
- Introduce customers to our Vehicle Sales Team for vehicle sales and our Business Management Team for finance and insurance options
- Assist sales personnel with delivery handover, including connection of “Mercedes Me” application to customers' new vehicles.
- Ensure that all showroom vehicles are displayed in immaculate condition, and electric vehicles are always fully charged.
- Drop off & pick up customers as required.
- Ensuring a friendly atmosphere, orderliness and cleanliness in the beverage amenities area and client waiting areas.
Skills and experience:
- Experience in a Reception or Customer Relations role would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Sound general PC skills and knowledge of Office applications (e-mail programs, MS Office, Internet and intranet, etc.)
- Excellent communication & high level of organisational and time management skills
- an Australian Drivers Licence.
- A high level of integrity
- Ability to work flexible hours
- An ability to work cooperatively with both our team and management, to both assist and contribute to the success of our team.
