Form of work30th January, 2024 Patterson Cheney Isuzu UTE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealership Sales Manager to join our team at our Keysborough location. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable brand and be part of a dynamic and supportive team. About the role: Leading a small but dedicated team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase market share and customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service. Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary actions.
Train and mentor sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience. Who we're looking for: Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry, preferably with Isuzu UTE or similar commercial brands.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry in particular commercial vehicles. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
