2024 and beyond will be a fascinating period for the Volkswagen and Skoda brands. The eagerly awaited All-New Amarok has arrived. With a suite of award-winning models on the showroom floor plus EV Vans and Passenger models not too far away, the opportunity to capitalise is here for the taking.
As a result, we seek a dedicated and self-motivated Fleet Sales Specialist to grow our fleet business even further while maintaining our extensive fleet customer base. Berwick Volkswagen and Peninsula Skoda are also part of Barry Bourke Motors, meaning you will join one of the South East's largest and most reputable automotive groups.
Being a vital role within our dealership, you must demonstrate your experience and the results you have achieved in your current and previous sales roles. Prior experience in automotive sales is essential, as is your enthusiasm and ability to provide all our clients with a first-class buying experience.
You'll have to hit the ground running, employing your finely-hewn negotiation and closing skills to help us meet and exceed our dealership KPIs. You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to manage large business fleets.
Full time position. Five day week (Monday - Friday) and no Saturdays or Sundays. You can also work between Berwick and Frankston.

Key Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High level of interpersonal and communication and qualification skills
- An ability and willingness to learn new products, processes and systems quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive attitude, self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic
Highly desirable:
- Pentana DMS experience
- Previous experience working in the automotive industry, fleet or retail sector
- Previous experience in the competitive tender pricing for small to medium business, corporate, community organisations and government Fleet
- A passion for Volkswagen, Skoda and Volkswagen Group brands
