An exciting opportunity now exists in their thriving Recoveries & Insolvency team! Our client is now seeking to appoint a proven & talented Recoveries & Insolvency/Litigation Lawyer with a minimum of 1-3 years experience.
Here you will work on a diverse range of challenging, high quality and complex insolvency matters, within this highly regarded team, managing high-volume debt recoveries.

- General Contract/Commercial Disputes/Resolution;
- Insolvency/restructuring;
- Building/Construction;
- Class actions;
- Injunctions - Supreme & Federal Court(s);
- Trade Practices.
- Have solid experience (min. 1-3 years) in a similar role;
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of insolvency, debt recovery or litigation law
- Have outstanding communication and relationship building skills;
- be pro-active, driven and highly organised with a genuine interest in building your skillset/profile within a leading Recoveries/Insolvency practice!
