With offices in Warragul and Drouin, Wakefield Vogrig & Boote Lawyers is a dynamic and progressive medium sized rural law firm. Members of our team have been helping residents of Gippsland and beyond for over 35 years. We offer premium legal services and strive for excellence, on every matter, every time.
Our firm provides professional legal services in areas of law such as: property law, family law, wills and estates, commercial law, criminal law, and building disputes. We currently have a team of ten lawyers, five conveyancers, and dedicated support staff.
We take pride in our forward-thinking and tech-savvy team and our firm has its finger on the pulse in relation to updates in the law, upgrades in technology, and the changing nature of our local area. The Role
The role is for a full time Receptionist working between both our Warragul and Drouin offices. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is well presented, conscientious, organised and hard working to join our team.
Your role will be working within our current Reception Team. You will be the first point of call for our clients, answering phone calls, greeting them in person and also assisting with administration tasks including filing, archiving, deeding and mail.
This role will suit someone who has a medium-to-long term interest working in a law firm. Experience is advantageous but not required. School leavers are also encouraged to apply.
