Your Mission: Deliver on our decarbonisation initiatives, you'll play a pivota role in data-driven strategies to eliminate wasted power. You will assist with creating a green footprint with reducing the use of fossil fuels across the Chichester and Fortescue

Providing support to the individual department leaders to achieve all KPI's, with a key focus on Emissions Reduction and managing strategic alignment requirements across Fortescue metals and energy.

• Actively contribute to achieving the metals decarbonization target of Real Zero by 2030 by representing the site in executing decarb project scope
• Establish processes and procedures for procurement with identifying end of life on assets and tooling
• Deliver and provide updates to key internal stakeholders, being the conduit between site departments and centralised Decarb Delivery Team
• Champion the Energy Emissions program, working towards Real Zero
• Clear, effective and consistent communication to key site stakeholders on program updates, including timelines, risks, impacts
• Design, implement and execute a strategic approach focusing on removing fossil fuels

• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of tools
• Trade or degree education background preferred
• Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in decarbonisation and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Developing Maintenance Initiatives
• Experience working with safety management systems
• Knowledge of Work health and Safety Act and Regulations
• Passion for sustainability and a green future.
